General Summary: Support in the quality development and implementation of World Council mobile phone applications, including editing and posting videos to the ENTURA Connect product website/wiki. Gives support to all aspects of World Council's mobile applications including quality assurance testing, documentation and technical analysis.
Quality Assurance Testing: Review and test all areas of mobile application from installation to every specific function of the app. Work with management and developers to identify bugs and improvements to the software. Once changes are made to fix bugs confirm that they are working properly.
Documentation Review and Editing: Participate in reviewing and documenting all mobile application manuals and wikis. As changes are introduced to the app, make sure all documentation is up to date.
Creation of How-To Videos: Along with the corresponding documentation, create brief how-to videos for the various areas of the app. Edit and post the videos to the ENTURA Connect product website/wiki.
Technical Analysis: Take part in the technical review and analysis of future changes to the app along with troubleshooting occasional errors. Review problem tickets and crash reports generated by the app.
Education and Experience: The candidate should have significant progress toward the completion of a BA/BS degree. Knowledge of credit union development activities and the functions and operations of credit unions and the credit union system is highly desirable. Bilingual skills including English and Spanish are also preferred.
Requires Specific Skills in:
Desired Coursework: Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related information technology field or equivalent training and experience.
SCHEDULE: 10–15 hours per week, flexible to accommodate schedules.
PAY RATE: Unpaid internship.
