World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) and the Central Federation of Romanian Credit Unions (FEDCAR) are hosting the European Credit Union Technical Congress in Bucharest, Romania, November 17- 21, 2008.

The European Credit Union Technical Congress brings together credit union leaders and regulators from across Europe for four days of technical presentations and networking. Attendees will hear from a variety of international and regional experts on the latest trends in credit union best practices within Europe and beyond.

The European Credit Union Technical Congress will have sessions in English, Romanian and Russian with interpretation services available. The Manager Certification Program will be conducted in English.
