Global Women's Leadership Initiative

Women are on the front lines in the fight against global poverty, and credit unions are natural mechanisms to develop women's leadership capacity in this fight. Even so, women conitnue to hold a minority of credit union leadership positions and have few resources available for advice, networking or mentorship. The Global Women's Leadership Initiative will help raise awareness, provide a forum for networking and raise funds so that women with the greatest financial need will have access to the same resources.

WYCUP

WOCCU's Young Credit Union People Program (WYCUP) is an annual scholarship program for individuals 35 and under. It is designed to engage and promote the next generation of credit union professionals and volunteers in the international credit union movement. Winners receive an all-expense-paid trip to the following year’s World Credit Union Conference.

International Credit Union Regulators' Network

The International Credit Union Regulators’ Network was formed in 2007 during the 5th annual Credit Union Regulators’ Roundtable. The purpose of the Network is to share information and ideas on topics of common interest among credit unions and financial cooperative supervisors and to undertake research on specific issues or topics related to financial cooperatives and their oversight.
