History & Objectives
The partnership between the Virginia Credit Union League and the Estonian Union of Credit Cooperatives was formalized in the signing of an international partnership agreement in April 2008. This partnership will focus on the strengthening the Estonian union, knowledge transfer regarding marketing and branding, and opening the credit unions in Estonia to community charters.
