History & Objectives
The Federation of Romanian Credit Unions (FEDCAR) and the Ohio Credit Union League (OCUL) signed an international partnership agreement on May 21, 2011, in Bucharest, Romania. The partnership will work to support lobbying efforts for better credit union legislation in
Romania and assist with marketing efforts to bring more credit
unions into FEDCAR's membership.
