History & Objectives
The Texas Credit Union League (TCUL) and the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League (JCCUL) partnered through World Council's International Partnerships Program in 2005 to work cooperatively to improve credt union operational efficiency. Specifically, the leagues have focused on advocacy efforts, establishing strategic planning and providing information on best practices in board governance and league structure.
