World Council of Credit Unions' annual regional technical congresses bring together credit union leaders from across a particular region to learn, network and train on issues relevant to the credit union system in their part of the world. Venues change annually, as World Council typically co-hosts the congresses with a different credit union league each year.

The 5th annual Pacific Credit Union Technical Congress is co-hosted with the Credit Union Foundation of Australia (CUFA), the Fiji Savings & Credit Union League (FSCUL) and the Oceanic Confederation of Credit Union Leagues (OCCUL).
In addition to the congress, attendees may register for the Manager Certification Program, a two-year training program for current and aspiring credit union managers. The program runs concurrently with the congress.
