CUNA MUTUAL PROVIDES $5,000 FOR CARIBBEAN HURRICANE RELIEF

MADISON, WI – CUNA Mutual Group has provided $5,000 to the Worldwide Foundation, the fundraising arm of the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU), to assist Caribbean credit unions damaged by recent hurricanes.

"The devastation of recent hurricanes took a huge toll on Caribbean credit unions," said Steve Goldberg, executive director of the CUNA Mutual Group Foundation. "We hope this contribution will help with recovery efforts the World Council is coordinating."

In August, CUNA Mutual contributed $5,000 to the Florida Credit Union League for hurricane recovery assistance in that state.
