WOCCU Makes Donation to Credit Unions Affected By Hurricane Katrina
Madison, WI—To help support credit unions
rebuilding and related efforts following
Hurricane Katrina in the gulf, WOCCU announced
today it will make an immediate $15,000
donation. The gift will be distributed in to
the Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi Credit
Union Leagues. Both Louisiana and Alabama have
worked closely with World Council on several
international credit union development projects
