World Council of Credit Unions has established a committee dedicated to identifying best practices and strategies that credit unions around the globe can utilize in their response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The most recent webinar - Credit Union COVID-19 Communication Strategies and Best Practices, examined how credit union associations at three different levels—regional, national and local—have navigated communications and outreach efforts during the pandemic to ensure their credit unions are still getting the development, education and networking services they need to better serve employees and members.
