Jennifer Speth
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Jennifer Speth serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the World Council of Credit Unions, where she leads relationship engagement, fundraising strategy and stakeholder partnerships in support of the global credit union movement. In this role, she works closely with donors, corporate partners and movement leaders to strengthen collaboration, expand philanthropic support and advance initiatives that promote financial inclusion and cooperative development worldwide.
Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience in relationship management, fundraising, stakeholder engagement and event strategy within the credit union movement. Prior to joining WOCCU, she held several leadership roles at the National Credit Union Foundation, most recently serving as Engagement Director. There, she led donor engagement initiatives, cultivated strategic corporate partnerships and helped grow the Foundation Gala into a record-setting fundraising event.
She began her career in the credit union movement with Credit Union National Association in 2007 and has remained deeply committed to the cooperative philosophy of “people helping people” throughout her career. A graduate of the Credit Union Development Education (CUDE) program, Jennifer is known for building meaningful relationships, fostering community engagement and creating mission-driven experiences that connect stakeholders across the movement.
Based in Wisconsin, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her three children, Skyler, Sloan and Spencer, and much of her free time is spent cheering them on during sports seasons, especially baseball.
