The meeting was sponsored by the Zambian Women and Youth Economic Empowerment Savings and Credit Union. Topics discussed were International Credit Union Day, the Importance of Women Financial Inclusion and Economic Inclusion. The guest speaker was Mr. Ngosa Mumba from the National Association of Savings and Credit Union, the Apex Body of all Financial Cooperatives in Zambia.Mr. Mumba encouraged women to continue saving because saving can be one of the ways that can contribute to their becoming Financially and Economically empowered.
