Interoperability Cost Analysis Tool (English | Français) - Haiti Mobile Money Business and Merchant Survey Results
This document presents the findings of merchant research carried out in Haiti to better understand who the merchants are, their access to financial services and perceptions of mobile money, and potential operational "pain points" that could be overcome with mobile solutions. Although the research was primarily designed to capture information that financial institutions would need to design demand-driven mobile strategies and products for merchants, it can also be used by mobile network operators interested in enhancing or designing new merchant solutions.
