Pam Hermoso
Administrative Associate - Global Women's Leadership Network
Pam is a multilingual development professional with international experience managing projects related to international business development and the management of corporate biodiversity impacts.
Prior to this, she coordinated sustainability projects at FAO in Mexico and worked with several international development agencies, including Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Pam has experience working and conducting research in a diverse range of developing countries throughout Latin America, working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
She enjoys working with different sectors, from the private sector to intergovernmental organizations, governments and civil society with a global perspective. Pam understands cooperation, development and moves to enact global change.
In her free time, she volunteers as an interpreter and translates paperwork in other languages. She chooses to serve her community, customers, colleagues and each other. Pam is motivated to provide exceptional experiences, and this fills her with the satisfaction that comes from making a difference in the lives of others.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations & Political Science from Benemerita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP), Mexico.
